- Zawadi does not own, control, or operate any of the services listed by vendors.
- Any booking made through Zawadi forms a direct agreement between the user and the vendor. Zawadi is not a party to this agreement.
3. Payments and Pricing
- Prices displayed on the platform are set by vendors and may include applicable taxes.
- Payments may be facilitated through third-party processors such as M-Pesa, card providers, or bank transfers.
- Zawadi may charge a service fee for platform use, which will be clearly disclosed before payment.
- Users are responsible for reviewing the total cost before confirming any booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Each vendor sets their own cancellation and refund policy. Users are required to review these policies before booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the vendor’s terms.
- Zawadi is not liable for any disputes relating to cancellations or refunds but may assist in resolving issues where possible.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their services, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Vendors agree not to misrepresent their qualifications or offer services that they are not legally allowed to perform.
- Zawadi reserves the right to suspend or remove any vendor that fails to meet platform standards or receives consistent negative feedback.
6. User Conduct
- Users agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent behavior, or violate any laws.
- Any attempt to avoid platform fees by booking off-platform or engaging in inappropriate conduct with vendors may result in account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Zawadi is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred as a result of using services booked through the platform.
- Our liability is strictly limited to facilitating the booking process and providing access to vendor listings.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Zawadi website, including logos, design, text, and graphics, is the property of Zawadi or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Modifications to Terms
- Zawadi may update these Terms at any time.
- Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
